USB Rechargeable Headlamp - Charges Quickly!

The HM50R V2.0 headlamp uses a 16340 battery and included in your purchase of the light is the Fenix ARB-L16-700P 16340 battery. You can also use CR123 batteries which are preferable to use in cold weather. So if you plan on using the HM50R V2 in the cold, it's great to know that it functions well with CR123 batteries.
Just like any excellent outdoor headlamp, the Fenix HM50R V2.0 features a battery indicator that’s located on the switch. While the light is off, you can click the switch to check the status of the battery. An LED will glow on the switch to let you know what your battery life is. If you see green your battery is 80 to 100% full. Flashing green means 50 to 80% full. Red means 50 to 20% full. And flashing red means it is less than 20% full and it's time to recharge that battery.
