The AER-02 offers a compact setup ideal for ARs with its non-coiled and shorter cable. The all-black, anti-glare design is suited for tactical operations and, rest assured, this switch is IP68 rated for superior waterproofing - perfect for law enforcement, particularly tactical and SWAT teams. The main circle switch functions like a tail cap switch, turning the light on and off and the pressure pad functions as a "half-press" for a momentary on. The AER-02 V2 is not able to change brightness levels for most lights, though it can do so on the PD35TAC in Tactical Mode.
