What is the "Frequency Sensing" feature of the HM60R?
The HM60R features a light sensor that allows it to intelligently deliver the optimal brightness setting based on the frequency of your stride. The standard expected frequency is 150 steps per minute (SPM). The brightness will increase proportionally with the frequency of each step above 150 SPM to a maximum of 220 SPM. Similarly, the brightness will decrease if SPM decreases, to a minimum of 80 SPM.
