Q: What are the key features of the C7 Pro?

A: Fenix C7 Pro is a high-output fast-charging flashlight. Its key features include:

1. 4600 lumens maximum output and 339 meters maximum beam distance.
2. Powered by an included ARB-L21-5000 V2.0 rechargeable battery to provide long-lasting runtime.
3. USB Type-C port supports up to 20W fast charging; 1.5 hours from depleted to fully charged.

Q: What kind of LED is used in C7 Pro?

A:  Utilizes four Luminus SST25 LEDs with a lifespan of 50,000 hours each.

Q: What is the color temperature of C7 Pro?

A: Around 6500K.

Q: What is the operating voltage of C7 Pro?

A: 3.0- 4.2V.

Q: Is C7 Pro rechargeable? How long is the charging time?

A: Yes. The C7 Pro is rechargeable via its USB Type-C charging port. The batter level indicator will display red while charging and will turn green when fully charged. The normal charging time of the included battery is approximately 1.5 hours from depleted to fully charged with a 9 V/3A charging adapter.

Q: How to prevent accidentally activate the C7 Pro?

A: The C7 Pro features a lockout function.

Lock: With the light turned off, double click the side switch within 0.5 seconds, the light will blink twice in Low output to indicate the locked status.

Unlock: With the light locked, double click the side switch within 0.5 seconds, the light will activate in Low output to indicate that the light is unlocked.

Note: In locked status, any operation other than battery level indication and unlocking will activate two blinks in Low output to indicate the locked status.

Q: Why does the C7 Pro downshift to a lower mode after being used for a while and the higher mode cannot be selected?

A: There are two reasons:

1. Intelligent Overheat Protection

The flashlight will accumulate a lot of heat when used at high output for extended periods. When the flashlight reaches a temperature of 60°C/140°F or above, it will automatically and gradually step down its output level to reduce the temperature.

2. Low-voltage Warning

When the voltage level drops below the preset level, the flashlight is programmed to downshift to a lower brightness level until the lowest output is reached.

Q: Why does the C7 Pro sometimes flicker?

A: The reasons that may cause the flashlight to flicker, shine intermittently or even fail to illuminate:

1. Poor battery level.

Solution: Recharge or replace the battery.

2. The contact or contact point of the battery or flashlight is dirty.

Solution: Clean the contact points with a cotton swab soaked in rubbing alcohol.

If the above methods don't work, please contact your authorized distributor.

Q: What are the optional accessories for C7 Pro?

A: The C7 Pro comes with a lanyard. Other compatible accessories: AOT-04 traffic wand, AOD-M diffuser tip, ALD-05 helmet flashlight holder.

Battery & Charging

Uses an included ARB-L21-5000 V2.0 21700 rechargeable battery. Charges via the built-in USB Type-C port, supporting 20W fast charging — about 1.5 hours from fully depleted.

Battery Level Indication

Each time the light is turned on, the indicator shows the current battery level for 3 seconds.

• Green, on: saturated, 100–85%
• Green, flashing: sufficient, 85–50%
• Red, on: poor, 50–25%
• Red, flashing: critical, 25–1%

Protection Features

Intelligent Overheat Protection: the light automatically steps down output at high temperatures to cool down, restoring the preset level once temperature drops.

Low-Voltage Warning: as the battery depletes, the light downshifts toward Eco output as a reminder to recharge.

Care & Maintenance

• Do not disassemble the sealed head — this voids the warranty.
• Use only a high-quality battery.
• Remove the battery for storage if the light won't be used for an extended period.
• Replace the O-ring with an approved spare if it shows wear, to maintain the waterproof seal.
• Clean battery contacts periodically with a rubbing-alcohol-soaked cotton swab if the light flickers or won't turn on.
