The all-around favorite Fenix PD35 has seen an upgrade, taking its already impressive features to a higher level. The V3.0 has a SFT40 LED providing a maximum output of 1700 lumens with the included USB-C rechargeable 18650 battery. Plus, it has an incorporated battery level indicator, five output levels and a strobe mode, and a toothed strike bezel for self-defense. To top it off, a newly fitted de-convex lens and small-caliber reflector have substantially increased the beam distance by almost 50%. Does the PD35 V3 flashlight feature a lockout function?

No, there is no lockout feature on the PD35 V3. To prevent accidental activation of the flashlight we recommend that you unscrew the tail cap of the flashlight while it is not in use.

Is the PD35 V3 rechargeable?

While the PD35 V3 is not directly rechargeable, it does include the ARB-L18-3400U rechargeable 18650 battery with built-in USB charging port. You do not need a designated charger for the flashlight but you will need to remove the battery to plug it in.

How long does it take to charge the Fenix PD35 V3?

 The PD35 V3 is not directly rechargeable but the included ARB-L18-3400U battery will take about 3.5 hours to charge to full. 

What is the color temperature and working voltage of the PD35 V3?

The Luminus SFT40 LED features a color temperature around 6000K.

The working voltage is between 3 - 6.8 volts.

What batteries can be used in the PD35 V3?

The ARB-L18-2600U and ARB-L18-3400U are recommended.

You may also use any quality brand of 18650 with a button-top (flat-top batteries are not compatible) or two non-rechargeable CR123A batteries.
