Q. Is CL27R rechargeable? How long is the charging time?

A: Yes, CL27R is rechargeable with a USB Type-C port. The normal charging time of the included ARB-L21-5000 V2.0 battery is approximately 2.5 hours from depleted to fully charged with a 5 V/2.9 A charging adapter.

Q. Does CL27R have overheat protection?

A: No.

Q. Why does the CL27R flicker?

A: The reasons that may cause the lantern to flicker, shine intermittently or even fail to illuminate:
1. Poor battery level.
Solution: Recharge or replace the battery.
2. The contact or contact point of the battery or lantern is dirty.
Solution: Clean the contact points with a cotton swab soaked in rubbing alcohol.
