Q: Is HM60R V2.0 rechargeable? How long is the charging time?

A: Yes. The normal charging time of the included battery is approximately 2.5 hours from depleted to fully charged with a 5 V/2 A or above charging adapter. The indicator will display red while charging and will turn green when fully charged. 

Q: How to prevent accidental activation of the HM60R V2.0?

A: Lock the headlamp or remove the battery to prevent accidental activation.

Q: Why does the HM60R V2.0 downshift to a lower mode after being used for a while and the higher mode cannot be selected?

A: There are two reasons: 

1. Intelligent Overheat Protection

The headlamp will accumulate a lot of heat when used at high output levels for extended periods. When the headlamp reaches a temperature of 55°C or above, the headlamp will automatically step down a few lumens to reduce the temperature. 

2. Low-voltage Warning

When the voltage level drops below the preset level, the headlamp is programmed to downshift to a lower brightness level until the lowest output level is reached. 

Q: Why does the HM60R V2.0 sometimes flicker?

A: The reasons that may cause the headlamp to flicker, shine intermittently or even fail to illuminate:

A: Poor battery level.

Solution: Recharge or replace the battery.

B: The contact point or contact of the battery or headlamp is dirty. 

Solution: Clean the contact points with a cotton swab soaked in rubbing alcohol.
