Q: Is C7 Pro rechargeable? How long is the charging time?

A: Yes. The C7 Pro is rechargeable via its USB Type-C charging port. The batter level indicator will display red while charging and will turn green when fully charged. The normal charging time of the included battery is approximately 1.5 hours from depleted to fully charged with a 9 V/3A charging adapter.

Q: How to prevent accidentally activate the C7 Pro?

A: The C7 Pro features a lockout function.

Lock: With the light turned off, double click the side switch within 0.5 seconds, the light will blink twice in Low output to indicate the locked status.

Unlock: With the light locked, double click the side switch within 0.5 seconds, the light will activate in Low output to indicate that the light is unlocked.

Note: In locked status, any operation other than battery level indication and unlocking will activate two blinks in Low output to indicate the locked status.

Q: Why does the C7 Pro downshift to a lower mode after being used for a while and the higher mode cannot be selected?

A: There are two reasons: 

1. Intelligent Overheat Protection

The flashlight will accumulate a lot of heat when used at high output for extended periods. When the flashlight reaches a temperature of 60°C/140°F or above, it will automatically and gradually step down its output level to reduce the temperature. 

2. Low-voltage Warning

When the voltage level drops below the preset level, the flashlight is programmed to downshift to a lower brightness level until the lowest output is reached.

Q: Why does the C7 Pro sometimes flicker?

A: The reasons that may cause the flashlight to flicker, shine intermittently or even fail to illuminate:

1. Poor battery level.

Solution: Recharge or replace the battery.

2. The contact or contact point of the battery or flashlight is dirty.  

Solution: Clean the contact points with a cotton swab soaked in rubbing alcohol.
