Q1. What are the key features of CL26R Pro?

A: Fenix CL26R Pro is a portable and multifunctional camping lantern. Its key features include:

1. Multiple lighting combinations are available to meet different lighting needs in the tent and around the campsite.
2. 650 lumens maximum combined output, 15 meters maximum beam diameter.
3. Rotary toggle switch+electronic switch.
4. USB Type-C charging port and USB-A discharging port.

Q2. What kind of LED is used in CL26R Pro? Does Fenix offer to replace LED? 

A: The lantern uses seven sets of COB light boards and a Redslight SC1818C cold white LED; with a lifespan of 50,000 hours.

Fenix does not provide LED replacement services for the time being, and users are not recommended to replace the LEDs independently, which may affect product performance and cause product damage.

Q3. What kind of battery can be used in CL26R Pro?

A: Fenix ARB-L21-5000 V2.0 is recommended. The Fenix ARB-L18 series battery can also be used when combined with the ALF-18 battery holder.

Q4. What is the color temperature of CL26R Pro?

A: Around 4000K-6800K.

Q5. What is the working voltage and working current of CL26R Pro?

A: The overall operating current is 0.089A-2.24A. The operating voltage is 3.0V-4.2V.

Q6. Is CL26R Pro rechargeable? How long is the charging time? 

A: Yes, the included Fenix ARB-L21-5000 V2.0 battery can be charged via the USB Type-C charging cable. The normal charging time is approximately 3.5 hours from depleted to fully charged with a 5V/2A adapter.

Q7. How to prevent accidentally activate the CL26R Pro?

A: Remove the battery to prevent accidental activation.

Q8. Why does the CL26R Pro downshift to a lower mode after being used for a while and the higher mode cannot be selected?

A: There are two reasons: 

1. Intelligent Overheat Protection

The lantern will accumulate a lot of heat when used at high output levels for extended periods. When the lantern reaches a temperature of 48°C or above, the lantern will automatically step down a few lumens to reduce the temperature. 

2. Low-voltage Warning

When the voltage level drops below the preset level, one indicator flashes to remind you to recharge the battery. To ensure normal use, the lantern will not turn off automatically and will work till the battery level runs out.

Q9. Why does the CL26R Pro happen to flicker?

A: The reasons that may cause the lantern to flicker, shine intermittently or even fail to illuminate:

1. Poor battery level.

Solution: Recharge or replace the battery.

2. The contact or contact point of the battery or lantern is dirty.  

Solution: Clean the contact points with a cotton swab soaked in rubbing alcohol.

Q10. What should I do when the CL26R Pro needs repair?

Answer:

1. 15-day replacement: Fenix will replace identical or equal products with documented manufacturing defects within 15 days of purchase.

2. 5-year free repair: Fenix will repair a light free of charge within 5 years (rechargeable battery and other accessories: 1 year) of purchase if problems develop with normal use.

3. Lifetime limited warranty: If repair is required after 5 years from the date of purchase, Fenix will charge for parts. The total repair fee is dictated by the cost of the replaced materials.

4. Warranty certificate: Please keep the warranty card in contacting the authorized distributors for after-sale maintenance, Fenix will provide service support to the distributors.
